Virginia Belliveau Psychic Medium Terms of Service

Payment is processed and due at the time of booking. Once payment is received, your appointment will be confirmed.

A 24 hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund. All appointments that are late will be charged full price and given readings based off duration of time left available in the session. No shows will not be refunded their service fee and will not be able to rebook with me in the future. Make sure you arrive according to the correct time zone. Appointments that mistake the time zone will not be refunded.

All readings will be conducted virtually via Zoom unless an in-person option has been arranged. Please make sure you have good internet connection, are not driving, arrive on time, are settled and relaxed in a quiet space prior to our session. Taking notes is recommended but all virtual Zoom sessions are recorded and can be provided via email for an additional $22 fee. Your recording will be emailed within 24 hours of your reading. Please include this at the time of booking with your payment of service. Recordings will be available for purchase after the session, just email me should you wish to purchase.

In-person appointments are available by request. Driving to readings within my zip code are complimentary, outside of my zip code a $1.50 fee (per mile) for total miles driven. I have the right to refuse travel depending on distance.

You will receive a 24 hour confirmation reminder of your session via email. Your Zoom link reminder will be sent to you via text ( if opted in) and email within 24 hours of our session.

Up to two additional people may sit in on your reading as long as all parties are wanting to hear from the same people. Otherwise you risk giving up your reading when their loved ones come through instead of yours. Because we are all sharing the same space energetically, I cannot control who steps forward under that circumstance. Additional sitting fee is $35 for one person, $70 for two additional people ( so 3 total) Please include this at the time of booking with your payment of service.

Reiki for animals is scheduled in 20 minute sessions. Animals will only take as much Reiki as they need. If your pet chooses to move or leave during a session, this means the session for them is complete. We will fill the remainder of our time with animal communication, talking about the Reiki session or any questions you may have in general.

Readings are for entertainment purposes only. I am not liable for decisions based off of insight or information given during readings. I am not a medical doctor nor a medical medium and can only suggest, not diagnose. I do not give information on fertility, legal matters or spying on others energy. Please seek medical help if you have an emergency or urgent matter and visit the resources page on my site. I have the right to refuse service and refer you out to another professional. If you are hoping to connect to a young child or baby, please state this at the beginning of your reading as it takes a certain awareness for me to connect to them. To ensure the best reading possible, come relaxed, open minded and free from expectations of what will happen, who will come, and what they will talk about. Mediumship is only possible when you are familiar with your loved ones on the other side and know information about their lifetime. Circumstances must be right for the ideal mediumship connection to take place. This includes being open to mediumship, hearing their messages, and trusting they know exactly who we need to hear from and what they need to say. I cannot guarantee connection with specific people or connection in general. Mediumship is spirit led and I do not under any circumstances force them to come through or manage what they will share.

Once booked you will receive email confirmation of our appointment together and payment receipt.
